In this catalogue we are offering a block of flats in Hartlepool, Cleveland, producing?182,160 per annum together with 10 Flats vacant competitively guided at ?1,800,000+ on behalf of the Administrators.

The market appears to be experiencing a welcome uplift and the number of our visits to our newly redesigned website: www.a-r.co.uk and legal pack downloads indicate March will continue to be a positive month for sales.

We hope you find something of interest and should you require any further assistance our team would be delighted to help you in any way we can.

We look forward to seeing you on 30 March at London’s Grand Connaught Rooms.
