I’ve been meaning to write for a while to let you know how pleased we have been with Nichola’s work. She’s consistently reliable and we know she will always grip an issue. In particular, she was excellent recently when we needed a new boiler fitted at our property between the departure of one set of tenants and the arrival of the next. Time was short, but thanks to her diligent focus, the bulk of the work was completed before the new tenants arrived, and she kept us informed throughout.
