Once I had made the decision to rent my property – the wheels were swiftly put in motion. Within a week my property had been photographed, viewed and rented out. The next few weeks were a whirlwind of activity, all carefully orchestrated by Sarah and her team. Safety checks were organised, forms filled in, artisans plied their trade and in no time at all, it was my moving out day, swiftly followed by tenants moving in. All within the tight strictures of a world emerging from ‘lockdown’. Quite a feat.
