Having experienced four decades of property values rising and falling in line with bank lending, we have become experts in knowing when to buy or to sell – especially in a market as wide and varied as ours, which covers London and the South East. This experience has helped us develop and hone our commercial property skills, bringing you a wide range of expertise in commercial markets.

FOR VALUATION REQUIREMENTS

We carry out Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ‘Red Book’ valuations of commercial premises for bank lending, and for pension fund assessment and internal accounting purposes.

FOR LANDLORDS

andrew scott robertson provides advice in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals and dispute resolution.

We manage all types of commercial property and we are happy to work as part of a team to advise on value when refurbishing buildings. We offer services to enhance your investment, reporting quarterly on rent collection, service charges budgeting and tenant liaison. We also provide strategic advice to ensure that your investment is actively ‘worked’ to achieve the best possible return.

Our advice is based on over 40 years of trading history in South West London and Surrey. We have departments for managing offices, industrial units and retail premises.
